Jews lost 2-3 million people in ww2. Not from gassings or masturbation machines or that nonsense. But mostly due to war related causes like starvation, disease and military action. The pale of settlement was home to the largest land battles in history. Plus, a lot of Jews were killed by vengeful locals once the Germans defeated and pushed back the red army in that area.

Jews suffered an enormous demographic hit in the war, losing many of their brightest. They never wanted to pay that steep a price, not for Israel that was going into their hands anyways. Even without nazism, there would be Jewish migration to Israel, mostly from orthodox communities. Plus Israel in any case was never worth that much.

Israel does not add significantly to their power. Its more like a summer camp for them. Their power comes from their financial and cultural control of the west, primarily the anglosphere countries.
