Recently, Shaun King wrote about the black female Olympian who was suspended for using marijuana. Apparently, her mother had just passed, but rules are rules. One comment he made struck me in particular: "Black people have been using weed to deal with grief and trauma for generations."

What's fascinating about this is that in a different conversation about the "racist drug war", blacks will fervently deny that blacks take illegal drugs at a higher rate. Here, Shaun King is basically admitting it. Odd.

The validity of an idea in the mind of an anti-Whitist depends on whether it can be used to demonize White people or if it is performatively stating the idea and agreeing with an anti-White position. Demographic replacement is only a conspiracy theory if one disagrees with it. It is a form of gaslighting where it attempts to get the person doubting their own memory about a popular position of anti-Whites. They might know you are on to them, but the third party observer does not know that.

I am not sure what is contrived about the statement. You can state the same exact position using different language and signal your approval of the position and anti-Whites will agree with you.

The global enemy recruits traitors and non Whites to carry out their plans. People that are invading our countries are complicit in the destruction of White countries. they aren't innocent victims.

The argument they always tell me is Blacks are supposedly hit with worst punishments for drugs than if the same White person was caught doing it. Which is what they're afraid of.

Although I would prefer to argue why should anyone (who is not a pharmacist) sell drugs? It's always been a shit industry plagued with violence that leaves entire communities decimated.

I'm not a believer that marijuana or fentanyl offer any real benefits other than getting stoned or a temporary buzz that might even kill you.

No he's not. How so? All he said is "Black people have been using weed to deal with grief and trauma for generations." He did not mention the rate they use drugs or the percentage of blacks that use drugs. Shaun never mentioned a specific rate that blacks use drugs in comparison to the rate of other ethnic groups that use drugs.

What's the rate that blacks use drugs and what's the rate that other ethnic group use drugs? Shaun's facebook post mentioned no rate of drug use. The racial disparity of the war on drugs deals with penalties that blacks and whites receive for being caught with drugs. For example, at the federal level, 5 grams of crack cocaine which is mostly used by poor blacks and hispanics carry a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years. 500 grams of power cocaine which is a drug typically used by whites with money carry a mandatory minimum sentence of 5 years.

Come on, man. The obvious implication is that weed use has been supposedly forced on blacks because of the alleged trauma they face due to white supremacy. If the black relationship to weed wasn't unique, why would King even make the statement? King is implying that black circumstance leads to marijuana use. Ok, fine, but if that's the reality on the ground, then it's going to manifest in law enforcement interactions with blacks who deal with marijuana.

The penalties for drug offenses might be part of the leftist conception of a "racist drug war", but the usage rates are constantly trotted out as being the SAME between blacks and whites when ARREST rates are discussed.
