Pop science is globohomo propaganda and your first article at least is written by a typical blue check liberal woman (who might be Jewish, can't tell)

AltHype on "Race Mixing". Many studies there. ​No beneficial effects and the IQs of mixed-race children fall in-between the races of their parents (on average). Mixed race marriages also seem to suffer more problems

On height I've never seen anything that I can remember but it's probably BS. Whites in the US are very slightly taller than blacks on average, and also have higher IQs, despite being less "diverse" genetically (and have a much greater variation in phenotypes - blonde hair, blues eyes, etc.) Benefits of "genetic diversity" are just BS - unless you're talking about seriously small gene pools, which doesn't apply to 500M Europeans

I don't know, and I don't have time to look. Offspring have been getting taller each generation for awhile now, there are probably a lot of conflating factors. The differences probably aren't very big or practical anyways
