Kanye West deserves a bit of credit as well. He called it out first but the media also destroyed him.

Moral of the story: always stick to your beliefs. No matter how controversial. History may actually reward you for it one day.

I know how he feels. I don't think Cosby is innocent but I do believe there wasn't enough evidence to convict him. I said that on Reddit earlier and it's not popular. If I ever doubted that direct democracy is a bad idea, this confirms my beliefs. The average person can't separate the feelings they got from MSM from having a fair and impartial judiciary. Hell, most of them hate free speech these days.

Giving your enemies free speech is like giving them free weapons. Free speech is why porn and degeneracy are mainstream now, and why kids are cutting their dicks and tits off. (note those are two different people)

Nope. When America actually had free speech, which it hasn't for years maybe decades, they also had obscenity laws simultaneously which forbade porn and 'degeneracy'. The problem is jews not the concept of free speech.

Look at the names behind the "free speech" riots of the 60s. Then look at what exactly they wanted to be free to 'speak'.

While jews exist, 'free speech' is not viable. I agree that it's not the ability and right to say whatever you want that's the problem. Just get rid of jews (and their pets) and it would be mostly fine. Until then, it's a problem.

Yep. The problem was jews were the judges (or paying them) as well as the lawyers, activists etc. It's easy to 'reinterpret' any law to mean whatever you want when you have all the power. The postmodernists are right when they say only power matters and that truth/morality etc are pretty much meaningless since power can do what it wants.

I don't feel like we have the free speech these days to speak against TRAs. Being the tool of your enemies goes both ways.

What does Kayne West's opinion have to do with anything? Blacks always think black criminals "dindu nuffin". His conviction got overturned but that doesn't mean he is innocent. Bill Cosby is still a rapist.

Why are you siding with a serial mass rapist of white women?

Most Black people hate Bill Cosby. He came out against the oppression narrative and said Black behavior is their own fault.

The current fervor would not exist, if it was someone like George Floyd instead.

    You're lying

    No.

Years before Cosby was convicted of three counts of felony aggravated indecent assault, many African-Americans had come to realize that he was a fraud. We knew nothing of his criminal activities, but his constant vicious verbal attacks on black people had forced us to distance ourselves.

Now we say so long to Bill Cosby and his alter ego, Cliff Huxtable. And from African-American families, good riddance.

He was never welcomed by other blacks.

It doesn't change the fact that he was a serial rapist who you shouldn't support just because you don't like feminists.

Do you really think 60 women made up fake rape allegations against Bill Cosby?

    [–][deleted] 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (6 children)

Maybe. Probably. It's entirely possible. More so than that, though, I'm just not sure that the actions that have been described constitute a moral or legal crime, especially back then.

Drugging and raping women has always been a legal crime and if you don't think what Bill Cosby was doing was a "moral" crime than you are a complete degenerate.

Occam's razor says any Blacks who liked Cosby are free to offer a counter opinion. But in the one example where they did (i.e Kanye) was completely eviscerated and got no support.

This testimony tainted the trial, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court said, even though the lower appeals court had found it appropriate to show a pattern of behavior.

The court ultimately did not address the admissibility of the five additional accusers because it had overturned the ruling based on the agreement with a former prosecutor that prevented Cosby from being criminally charged in the case.

I had only heard about the agreement. Now I wonder if they reneged on the deal on purpose to shield themselves later from this testimony trick, which reminds me of the prejudicial testimony which locked up Ross Ulbricht.
