The most likely explanation here is simply that Russia and China have thoroughly outpaced the US in aeronautics.

https://youtu.be/gm0b_ijaYMQ?t=5907 2 months ago, NASA managed to land on MARS. Looks totally real.

Russia can't even maintain their old Soviet spacecraft, yet they somehow have more modern tech today?

As for China, they might take Space more seriously, but they cut a lot of corners to do it. Like the other day when they lost control of their rocket and it crashed into the sea.

Mostly because Russia has focused on high tech weaponry more than space exploration. They have evil-intent nations creeping towards their borders and need deterrents more than putting machines on Mars.

Can you explain what makes Russian tech more advanced than anyone else?

Once again, their best hay days was during their Soviet period, and even then, their tech wasn't actually the best. They just had the right combination of being ultra reliable and being able to mass produce them in numbers. Like the AK-47.

But the idea that they possess weapons that can literally defy the laws of physics, when much of their own country's infrastructure is in a state of decay is a bit out there.

Hypersonic weapons powered by tiny nuclear reactors, which grants them range and speed far beyond what is possible otherwise.

India appears to have the same/similar technology.

And even then, a missile that only goes from point A to B is no where near the level of what was shown in the UFO video. This object was able to go from Space to Underwater in 0.78 seconds and it was clearly hovering in midair as well with no need to refuel.

You would be better off showing me a Russian Helicopter or Drone that can approach this level of tech.

Yes, India has a lot of arms deals with Russia.

But this is not the point. You think in hot warfare HELICOPTERS or other aircraft would be decisive? Not in this century.

Either way, Russia has no need to wage war. Russia aims only to deter. And an intelligent missile that can go up to mach 30 and steer its way anywhere, never running out of fuel, now THAT is a deterrent. That and of course, their Poseidon mega-nuke submarine drone. Blow up a 20 megaton nuke in international water off the coast of the USA and there's no possible countermeasure to the miles-high tsunami that ensues.

Russia aims to deter, they have their deterrent and thus the world is safe from a nuclear Armageddon that might otherwise get triggered by the belligerent USA and its hordes of war-hungry bought-and-paid-for politicians.

If you have physics-defying tech, you wouldn't have to limit it to just missiles. Once again, the best comparison is to look at local infrastructure. This technology could be used to upgrade trains and literally move millions of people in the blink of an eye. No one would ever be late for a job again...

When the USA was developing its top secret weapons, we did see a bit of a trickle down effect into civilian usage. Best example is probably the internet. Started off as the government sending emails to one an another, now everyone can do it.

If Russians are just developing UFO tech with the only intent of war, they're only holding their own country back.

Russia aims to deter, they have their deterrent and thus the world is safe from a nuclear Armageddon that might otherwise get triggered by the belligerent USA and its hordes of war-hungry bought-and-paid-for politicians.

The USA possesses 6,000 nuclear warheads and the ability to invade just about any nation in less than a week or even days. It would end in Armageddon for everyone but don't think Russia can actually repel the U.S if the time for war came.

To deter isn't to repel. If Russia has good intel that the USA or NATO are about to stage a serious attack within their frontiers, they would do the next best thing to levelling North America, and there's nothing anybody can do about it. Think about it: at Mach 30, it takes 45 minutes to CIRCLE the Earth. The little hop from a sub in the Arctic or some other out-of-the-way spot, we're talking less than 5 minutes. Poof, all gone.

Of course, that's never going to happen. The HUMANE way of waging nuclear war is a stong EMP to cover that nation and a few miles-high tsunamis on the coasts. Those are actually allowed because they don't incinerate living people.

In other words, the USA would never have a chance at launching. Plus, nukes can't be used on masses of people.

The little hop from a sub in the Arctic or some other out-of-the-way spot, we're talking less than 5 minutes. Poof, all gone.

These sub launched missiles are designed to split apart into space before falling back onto Earth. I really doubt they can stop more than a 100 of them at once before they start raining down on Russia.

And this is before considering the U.S has its own secret arsenal it could also reveal at Armageddon to either counter or distract from these threats. Remember, the internet was originally a U.S government project. So were the B-2 stealth bombers that other countries are still trying to catch up to.

I just can't accept this idea that Russia is somehow more advanced when the entire Soviet Union collapsed some odd 30 years ago and the Eastern bloc hasn't fully recovered. Putin would be better off cleaning up his own house first before trying to launch Cold War 2.

I bet Russia and China have better balloons than the US
