Because people aren't born out of thin air. We have families. We have cultures. We have a social context. Where do you think criminal blacks come from? Are they grown in a lab, or do they come out of their own shitty communities to spoil the peace of others? Individualization for these things is just willful ignorance, which is sad because everyone used to intuitionally get this until recently.
