If accidently shooting a suspect

What does that have to do with Ashli Babbit? She was not accidentally shot. Ashli was intentionally shot as she was trying to enter a hallway through a door with a broken window someone unlawfully broke open.

then shouldn't it also be illegal for police to intentionally shoot an unarmed female capitol tresspasser?

She was doing more than just trespassing, she was part of a violent mob that assaulted cops, broke down barricades and then proceeded to rush inside the capitol building. Once inside the building, someone broke open a window in a door that Ashli used to attempt entry into a hallway where politicians were hiding from a violent mob, the very same violent mob that not only assaulted cops but also killed cops.

I feel like there are two sets of laws.

There aint, can you post an article of a black person trying to enter a capitol building hallway during a riot under the same circumstances as Ashli, was shot and killed and the cop who blasted him away was put up on charges?

So, it is OK for police to shoot unarmed people? Where do you draw the line, then? What if a black had been shot during the rioting last summer? You wouldn't have been demanding prosecution? I call bullshit.

How about Jake Gardner? Why was he charged and harassed into suicide by people like you?

Exactly, 2 sets of laws.

If shooting unarmed members of a violent mob is justified, then should we assume you would be supporting a white police officer in the event one of them shoots an unarmed black female BLM rioter in the neck who breaks into a building? You already know the answer to this. You would be frothing at the mouth and demanding prosecution.

It's race and ideology that makes the difference to you. It's the same for me. I would have no sympathy for blacks or leftists that get hurt while fighting my people. The cop who killed Ashli is not being charged because he/she shot a white Trump supporter. The cop who accidentally shot Daunte is being charged because she is white and he is black.
