If we do reach a point where designer bodies/organs are possible, then that's theoretically better than reproduction? Especially as a means of preserving current populations or modifying them in case they do get sick.

If the latter, then you're able to alter a person's genetics to give them a White brain, so why not go the extra centimeter and make them look White as well?
