Éric Zemmour debates Manuel Valls

Zemmour had the former prime minister of France on his show to debate a plethora of topics. They start with Zemmour's accused "rehabilitation" of Philippe Pétain, but it's on the subject of identity and immigration that Zemmour truly crushes him. Valls gives a vague definition of French identity and massaged numbers on immigration, but Zemmour is having none of it. He explicitly mentions the white race as being indispensable to French identity. He employs one of his favorite Charles de Gaulle quotes, which I will translate here in English:

It's a very good thing that there are yellow French people, black French people and brown French people. It's a sign that France is open to all races and that it has a universal vocation. But on condition they stay a minority. If not, France wouldn't be France anymore. After all, we are an European people from white race, Greek and Latin culture, and Christian religion. Try to mix oil and vinegar together. Shake the bottle. After a while, they get separated again. The Arabs are the Arabs, the French are the French. Do you believe that the French nation is able to integrate ten million Muslims who shall be twenty million tomorrow and forty million the day after? If we integrated them, if all the Arabs and Berbers were considered French, how could we prevent them from moving to our home country where the standard of living is so much higher? My village wouldn't be named Colombey-les-Deux-Églises (Colombey of the Two Churches) anymore, but Colombey-les-Deux-Mosquées (Colombey of the Two Mosques)!

Anyway, Zemmour then proceeds to defend both Renaud Camus and Jean Raspail because Valls is denying that the Great Replacement is happening. Zemmour even mentions the UN article on replacement migration to strengthen his point. He ends his argument by citing demographic data on the African population explosion, which he considers the biggest existential threat to France and Europe as a whole.

By the way, don't forget that Zemmour now has the most watched TV news show in France. He's more popular than Tucker Carlson is in the US, and far more based. Crushing a political heavyweight like Valls on his show is a big deal. I'm actually surprised Valls had the balls to do it.
