As for smoothing over the divisions that hinder civic engagement, Putnam argues that Americans can help that process along through targeted efforts. He suggests expanding support for English-language instruction and investing in community centers and other places that allow for "meaningful interaction across ethnic lines."

The solution to declining civic engagement is ... funding to artificially stimulate civic engagement! After all, who doesn't enjoy hanging out with the "urban poor" at the swanky community center?

How about ethno-nationalists stop being "anti-diversity" and instead claim to be anti-INTEGRATION, which is to say, diversity+proximity. It is not diversity that we have a problem with-diversity BETWEEN countries, not within them, is great and in fact EXACTLY what we are fighting FOR. In fact, it is the LEFT that is the ENEMY of diversity, TRUE diversity, as they want global cosmopolitanism where ethnic and cultural lines are blurred to the point of insignificance, as we all become a part of a global monoculture. We do not oppose "people of color", we want color, we ARE people of color, and we are fighting SPECIFICALLY to PRESERVE color. We do not oppose diversity, we WANT diversity, and we are fighting specifically FOR global diversity, whereas immigration destroys it.

THIS is the framing that we ethno-nationalists need to use: We want MORE diversity, MORE color, and the LEFT is the ENEMY of these things. THIS is the framing we should use. Closed borders and ethno-nationalism is the ONLY way to PRESERVE diversity, TRUE diversity, in the long-term. We do not discourage travel, vacation, and being worldly, knowledgable, or educated about different DIVERSE cultures and peoples around the world-we support and encourage these things, and these things can only be truly enjoyed to their fullest extent in an ethno-nationalistic world. We just think that you should not be allowed to STAY there, and RUIN diversity in the LONG-RUN, through some tracking system.
