I don't think that's really fair; what would memes be if not popular culture? I think it's the thing we do best and yet something we can do even better still. they're free, readily produced, easily and immediately spread, hard to shut down and they are very potent vehicles of redpills and propaganda. everyone on the internet looks at and shares memes to some extent, even your grandpa; whether they be text, image or video. all that really limits us is our wit and creativity
