Nah Chinese immigration will keep flowing.Quality of life is awful there, you can't have 1 billion+ people and a high standard of living at the same time.I think the government also is aware that mass immigration is a form of warfare especially considering the Chinese are the replacers in Canada and Australia. My guess is that they will promote and incentive more mass immigration.

Especially considering it seems most Chinese immigrates remain loyal to China, and more importantly support the Chinese government unlike say Persian diaspora which is hostile to the Iranian Islamic state.
