Blacks and urban ATV/Dirtbike gangs

I picked up on this being a problem firsthand, and apparently now it's getting coverage.

Basically, in many big cities, groups of (mostly) blacks recklessly ride around on dirtbikes/ATVs, intimidate people, commit endless traffic violations and create a noise disturbance. Police aren't able to chase them as a matter of protocol for public safety reasons, so there's no easy way to enforce them that I'm aware of.

It reminds me of a Jared Taylor article/video titled "When Blacks won't follow the rules". We have a situation where blacks found a loophole and have created such a large problem the the rules will likely have to be changed to account for blacks.

I suppose after getting so used to stealing bikes, moving up to stealing their motorized counterparts was an inevitability.

    Agreed. I encourage this type of lawlessness from non whites as an acceleration towards balkanization. If you are a white person that hasn't moved to an 'implicitly pro white controlled' area of the country by now I have little sympathy. The writing has been on the wall for decades. There are few blacks where I work and zero blacks where I live and if a group of blacks moved into my area and did this type of power flex... Well let's just say that would never happen.

    Blacks for the most part act within their nature, which I mostly don't care for but I understand it. It's the outgroup preference white liberals that are ruining the country.

    This clip was on Tucker as an example "Black on Asian violence". I'm guessing the driver was Asian. Why they didn't just gun it beyond me.

    Wait is this not just a Philly thing lmao. I've never seen it anywhere else
