IQ is a sword and a shield for racialists. It's a shield against allegations of "institutionalized racism" and endless third world immigration, and a sword against groups who manage to achieve managerial positions far beyond what merits IQ would suggest

It doesn't have to be a fundamental component to race in a spiritual way, but it's a necessary and objective empirical tool to use in discussions on race and white advocacy in modern discourse

if on the contrary we try to give truth values to such elements INDEPENDENTLY from their racial context, these values become universal, referable to every human individual, so that race stops being an organic factor

No one argues for this. If race and IQ becomes a convincing argument to some person who makes the point to say "well then high-IQ Asians and Jews must be ok!!" then the argument against complete segregation is already 80% over.

IQ is just one (but the best) tool in any racialist's arsenal, that's it.
