I mean, I was under the impression that people in our movement were generally supportive of people like Assad, Hussein, Gaddafi, etc. and I don't see an issue with it. As long as they stay in their lane (that is, the ME) they are great as they have existing beef with and proximity to Israel and without the support of the West, Israel would get creamed. And, as I understand, Ba'athists are nationalists, which I assume would be rather against their countrymen fleeing and running off to Europe to rape and eat off welfare, but who knows.

Although something VERY IMPORTANT should be noted: It would be less of an alliance in any case, more of a mutual "we don't care about you too much, but we have the same general goal, so lets agree to leave each other alone"
