Kind of extreme, but I agree on principle. The poor should be taken care of by the state/community, in exchange they must be required to undergo sterilization or take birth control. Humanely and voluntarily remove them from the gene pool.

Vaccines should be dropped all together. People with weak immune systems will die out. Weak immune systems are a symptom of heavy mutational load and genetic defects, basically ugly people. And these uglies disproportionately tend to be anti-social leftists.

Child mortality will slightly increase but in exchange the worst dregs will be pruned from the gene pool.

Honestly, if you can't survive on the planet where your ancestors evolved to adapt to for millennia, then you don't deserve to live
