BLM may have served its purpose, getting rid of Trump by creating chaos seemingly without end, and now they no longer see as big a need to push it coupled with colder temps making mass riots less likely. Honestly I doubt BLM helped the Dems much and probably was a net negative, and could have been devasting to the Dems if the GOP and Trump had taken advantage of it.

I think most older whites hate BLM and antifa with a passion, while younger Gen Z whites are so intimidated by them, along with cancel culture in general that they pretend to go along with it while subconsciously wishing they would go away. If you're in high school or college or have an active social life, opposing BLM is downright physically dangerous unless you live in rural areas.
