I generally like Striker, but the fact he believes this makes me question his judgement. He's grasping for some absurd white pill that sees the Chinese of all people as our savior. The idea is completely silly. This is simply some ultra wealthy eccentric Chinese Europhiles wanting to live in a faux Europe. They simply admire European architecture apparently, just like you have some people in the west that have a hard on for all things Japanese.
