I for one have a better solution. Let's have a hierarchy of voting power: black women votes are worth 4 votes, black men votes are worth 3, Native votes (male and female) are worth 2, Hispanic female votes are worth 1.5, Hispanic male votes are worth 1, white female votes are worth 0.5 and white male votes are worth 0.00000000001. Oh yes, and of course, there must be reparations for God's chosen people who suffered the Greatest Tragedy in History (the Shoah - never forget but forget all the other tragedies especially the ones done by Israel) who should have their vote worth 100 goyim.

I'm all for it. Like one of the commenters points out, you'd have to repeal the 14th Amendment to do it, and with it, every major socially transformative decision that was founded in the 14th, from gay marriage (Obergefell v. Hodges) to destroying whites-only neighborhoods (Shelley v. Kraemer) to providing schools for illegal immigrants (Plyler v. Doe) to birthright citizenship among many others.

I'd gladly accept twice the Black vote if it meant states can be States again, schools and neighborhoods can be segregated, illegal immigrants can no longer have anchor babies, states can refuse gay marriage, abortion, and so on.
