2: they do have some sub-Saharan admixture due to proximity, but more importantly, both Judaism and Islam promote close cousin marriages, and when this is a dominant practice, it leads to the emergence of recessive genetic diseases, many of which reduce intelligence.

is it a meme that jews are more inbred yet also intelligent then? or can they be both if they select more for intelligence

Whatever effect Jewish inbreeding has had on their intelligence, it has had notable dysgenic effects as well. They have a genetic predisposition towards neuroticism and a variety of personality disorders.
