The 1st amendment had already been effectively repealed years ago. You already can’t say the “wrong” opinions, because if some leftist degenerate overhears you they’ll dox you and call upon the mob to ruin your life. In all honesty, I think the 1st amendment largely contributed to the absolute state of the US. It allowed subversives to operate freely and spread their cancerous ideas to brainwash the population from a young age.

I'll stack up America's situation any day against Europe where people will go to jail for saying they wish there was less immigration on social media. The First Amendment gives us a HUGE advantage over Europe. People may try to dox and fire in US but we have solid legal grounds for suing people on the basis of the First Amendment civil rights violations, we just haven't fucking done it.

For the life of me I can't imagine anyone NOT wanting 1A because WHO is going to decide what you can and cannot say? The Messiah? The ADL? Kamala Harris?

The 1st amendment is ideal for us to have in today’s situation, I’ll give you that. But if we didn’t have freedom of speech back in the late 40s when the communist infiltration was underway, they would’ve been unable to convince people of their destructive ideology and simply would’ve been routed out. Who do you expect to protect your rights anyway? The entire legal system is packed full of jewish communists, they hate your existence and will always rule against you regardless of how strong your case is.
