Do Germans have a different complexion to other Europeans?

I've noticed they often have a more tanned complexion than other Europeans. Is this true and what's the reason for it?

I believe the nordic/germanic subgroups have a tendency to tan more easily while alpines and celts tend to be very white and get freckled/sunburned. Swedes are very good at getting tans for example while brits are not.

I disagree, there's beautiful people all around europe and I would not say that some are more beautiful than others.

True but some are more pretty than others just as some are smarter than others.

Whites are not a monolith. There are mainly 4 sub races: North West euro, slavs, meds and balkanoids. Plus there are smaller groups like finni ugrics and balts.

NW euros are the smartest but are the least tribal and most Liberal. Balkans are the dumbest and probably most tribal.

Slavs are 2nd smartest and most authoritarian. Quite tribal as well. Meds are in between

Do you think NW Euros were smarter in antiquity as well yet just happened to lack proper resources/exposure to key ports/trade routes compared to meds? Or would you say migrations, intermixing, unique selective pressures, etc. have meaningfully changed those groups from what they once were?

Our history is fake and gay. Meds have nothing on NW Euros historically.

Meds have nothing on NW Euros historically.

All NW Euros use the Latin script to write their languages, and over 90% of English vocabulary with more than two syllables is of Latin origin. There wouldn't even be civilization or literacy in NW Europe without the Mediterranean.

It's too broad a topic to go into. But you can start by looking into the gothics, the scythians (blond yellow blue eyed, not modern academia version), the yamnaya, cordedware, sinashta etc. It's basically 5000 years of us ruling the meds.
