I wish we could save the republic as much as anyone. I gave a lot of blood sweat and pain for it. Unfortunately recent events have revealed it to be irredeemably corrupt and hostile to the people who made it. Is Trump really the hill you want to die on? He spent his 4 years issuing worthless tweets to his base while hooking up his Israel first donors on the one issue they care about. He ignored big tech censorship for years until it was too late. That social media censored him on election day is all too fitting.

Trump has served his purpose. He forced this hostile elite to wage an all out media war on half of America, destroying their credibility with half of the country. Their corruption and hostility will be fresh in everyones mind as the US collapses into a cesspool of poverty, crime, and chaos. Id rather Biden and the liberal elite that caused this mess be at the wheel of the car when we finally drive off that cliff, because I doubt anyone would have prevented that crash anyway. Trump is not the leader we need when we make a final stand, and the country as it exists now is too far gone to be worth making that final stand for. How can we realistically reconcile with people who burn cities, beat people half to death for opposing their views, and silence and take the livelyhood of anyone who opposes them, all for a hostile elite that shits all over them? Its probably best to go our separate ways and let them continue on in the clownworld they created.
