In continental Europe (I can't speak for the english speaking countries) they are compatible as individuals provided they speak the language fluently and at behave humbly towards the host culture. As a group, not so much, and such a mass american migration would be very destructive and should not be allowed.

My experience with American exchange students is that as a group they behave very differently from Germans, there is a sort of a cultural abyss. I could almost say that in behavior these American students were more similar to Brazilians than to Germanic Europeans. While they are friendly and nice as individuals, there is something "off". I would not want to live surrounded by them, because there just seems to be an alien element there which I don't get and that prevents me from relating completely to them.

I don't mean this as an insult, other European nationalities are even more alien to Germans than white Americans are. It's just the way things are. Of course there is also a bias there, as these students are often of the liberal, rootless cosmopolitan kind.

In a situation where the natives of a European country become a minority, with the majority being non-Europeans, European countries no longer have the wherewithal to be picky about which whites are allowed to come. At that point the preservation of your local culture will no longer be a concern, and a white majority will only be restored through massive white migration from elsewhere.
