Turkey and Israel are supporting Azerbaijan to take back territories lost to Armenia. Armenia is fighting back with indirect Russian and Iranian support.

Who do you think is going to win in the end?

We are doing well at the moment but the Israeli drones are horrendous and difficult to stop. Our MoD claims that artillery has killed thousands of Azeris which might sound like far-fetched propaganda, but I'm starting to think that it's A) true and B) by design from the Turks/Azeris. The apparent strategy is to send human waves of Syrian Jihadis, Azeri regulars, and Azeri minorities to reveal the positions of AA and artillery followed by releasing untold numbers of Harop drones with precision strikes from TB-2 drones and Turkish F-16s to clear out revealed Armenian positions.

Time will tell. The president of Artsakh was on the front lines earlier and there has been a call to arms/conscription to defend ourselves. Our PM's son is also on the front lines and they have made it clear that this is a dire situation for Armenia and won't end with Artsakh. If anyone here is willing to donate, I can leave resources. It will be greatly appreciated- no one is coming to save us and we are on our own against the Turkish hordes.

Thanks for the response and I wish you and your people good luck. However I want to ask you, are you sure that Russia and Iran won't intervene in the conflict? These two countries don't have good relations with Turkey and the fact that the latter in actively involved in support of Azerbaijan might convince them to help you to humiliate them and break their aspirations in the region.

Our PM has asked Russia to hold off for now. If war escalates between Russia and Turkey, it won't end well for the Armenian people. At the moment, everything is localized to the NK region although the Turks are providing air support and are firing in Armenia proper from time to time. There is some indication that Russian weapons and logistical support is being brought in from Iran so they might be helping us quietly. Iran has also mustered units to the border to keep Turkey/Azerbaijan from leaving the theatre and encroaching on Iran.

We'll see what happens. Things are very tense in Armenia atm. The population has never been especially friendly towards Israel who have been hostile towards us for thousands of years but with their current logistical/weapons support of Azerbaijan, this is a new low in our country's relations.

This is what the diaspora is mostly using. We're at 71 mil as of 10/6/2020 which is just bloody amazing considering Artsakh's annual budget is 250 mil. They'll need the money to rebuild all of Stepenekert at this rate.

I think Armenia will defeat the Azeri offensive. They seem to have inflicted heavy losses on Azerbaijan, incluidng downing several combat aircraft. Plus several internationl analysis opine that the Azeri army has low moral and poor training. Desertion rates are as high as 20%, and many troops lack the training to use their equipment. Its just like Arab armies, too dumb and incompetent to use advanced equipment.

Plus the terrain in Astrakh is very mountainous and conducive to defense. My guess is that Russia and Turkey will supply their respective horses with equipment. Azeri attacks will break upon a granite wall of Armenian defenses, and will ultimately fail to win any decisive victory.

They'll maybe take a hamlet or two, and Aliyev will claim victory over the infidels. Best case scenario, the azeri army becomes demoralized after repeated assaults with heavy losses and the armnenians retake all lost territory. This could lead to the fall of the Azeri government.

Glad to hear it, these people need to be put in their place and if Armenia wins it will also demoralize the entire muslim world and especially Turkey considering the fact that they are Azerbaijans bigger supporter in the war right now.

NK was a traditionally Armenian region till Stalin decided that it should be considered part of Azerbaijan. When USSR dismantled, people of the region univocally decided they wanted to be part of Armenia. Azeris started a genocidal campaign, as this is the traditional Turkik way. Armenians managed to defend their homes and since then Azeris are trying to invade the land.

Of course, Turks don't plan to stop at NK. Their true aspiration is to genocide all Armenians.

Israel plays the traditional jewish role in the area, helping Turks to annihilate Christians.

If anyone wants updates from the fighting, I'll leave links here:

1) Live map with combat updates. Beware of live sources, they tend to be propaganda if from Azeris. I'm not discounting the possibility of Armenian propaganda too, but I've been pleasantly surprised by how transparent our country has been since the revolution.

2) https://www.reddit.com/r/armenia/ You're welcome to check out r/azerbaijan as well but Azerbaijan purposely blocked social media from citizens so it is mostly just EU Turkish migrants upset that their sister is a practice girl for German teenagers.

3) https://twitter.com/ShStepanyan Armenia's Ministry of Defense spokeswoman

Obviously I'm biased, but appreciate everyone's support one way or another. Փառք մեր բանակին։

Nagorno Karabach in a certain sense an independent region situated in Azerbaijani territory and officially it is part of the country but in reality it belongs to Armenia. Azerbaijan wants to take control of the disputed land.
