They're loaded questions. A German should get special treatment in Germany, but you don't get to decide somebody isn't German because their ancestors weren't German or they have the wrong skin color or anything like that. It's a nationality, not an ethnicity.

It is an ethnicity, nationality is just a meaningless piece of paper, a country is made of an ethnic group. To put it simply a rat born or that moved in a stable does become a horse, he remains a rat.

It doesn't matter whether you think somebody is a horse or a rat, they have the same rights you do.
