Agreed, but I didnt share this because I think the republican party has any potential to help. I shared it because I think this is how the republican party maintains its existence and staves of electoral winter - by using token minorities to appeal to the white masses that wanna prove how not racist they are by voting for a black conservative.

When I first saw this, I thought: This is the Dems R da real racists schtick.

The condition of black cities is probably one of the only bad things in America that the Democrats don't seem to have much of a responsibility for. By that I mean that even if the Republicans had ruled them for 50+ years instead, they'd only be marginally less shitty overall.

Sure, Baltimore, etc. would be better off under Republican control. But the average 'betterness' of the Republicans isn't going to compensate for the dysfunctionality of the residents. Only fools seriously think that electing a Republican to a place like Detroit is going to restore it to its glory days up until around the 1930s when it was the wealthiest city globally.

But that's the myth that Klacik, black Republicans, colourblind Republicans, etc. are trying to sell. And most blacks probably do think that it's stupid, and simply want the gravy train to keep going. The only argument that might convince some is the fact that plenty of blacks probably realize that Democrat/BLM anti-police nonsense is going to hurt them way more than anyone else. Imagine how much worse off Detroit would be without police.

Either way, Trump probably has pretty much all of the police vote at this stage. Even the NYPD have endorsed him, and they're literally in a Democrat stronghold. If Biden wins, I think a lot of these people will quit and go into the private sector. Crime is going to hit America like never before come January when the resignations really start accelerating. And it's those dumb White Democrat voters who live in highly diverse areas who are (thankfully) going to suffer the most. Those worthless Biden voters will get everything they deserve plus extra.

Total cringe DR3 nonsense that absolves blacks of any blame or responsibility in the cesspits they create. They also vote for the Democrats in the first place.

I'm certainly not pro-Democrat, but the argument breaks down when you consider that there are Democrat-controlled cities/areas which aren't shitholes, they're prosperous and have very low crime rates (Thousand Oaks, California for example). The difference? Demographics. They're majority white and the largest minority is East Asians with maybe a couple of Hispanics. The black population is small (<5%).

I don't believe Republicans running these black cities would make much of a difference. Yes, they'd be more inclined to police harder and lower crime rates for a while, but that would over time build resentment against the police. The Republicans would still be called evil racists, no matter how much they stomped their feet and shouted about their "colourblind" credentials.
