Yes could very well be. And I'm aware there is a LOT of the current worldwide controlsystems/economic systems have origin in the Netherlands one way or the other. Like the stockmarket, the public system of stock selling/buying in 1602 were what jumpstarted the building of ships for the VOC/WIC business from the Netherlands (Amsterdam), resulting in colonialism, imperialism and slave-trading on a major scale. We learn in school that the 'Golden Age' for the Netherlands (mostly Amsterdam, 1600-1700) began with the VOC, and the reason why Amsterdam was so big in shipping and trade was de Fall of Antwerpen in 1585. Then a lot of wealthy traders (mostly Jewish, it states this in our history books in school) from Antwerpen came to Amsterdam and continued their business there while bringing their wealth with them. Hence some say the Dutch owe their wealth to the jews. Supporters of the football team from Amsterdam are called 'jews (joden)' by rival supporters and they adopted this name themselfs in pride. The origins of Dutch culture are often referred to as having roots in 'the Christian-Jewish tradition', mostly by politicians who like to polarise society in muslim-not muslim. Being on of the richest countries in the world (per capita), being very friendly (if not submissive) to United States politics (support with troops in the Afghan/Iraq wars, for instance), acting as a tax-haven for multinationals (like Ireland) and having big influence on European politics despite being a small country, I can see how the world might view the Dutch as a jewish enclave of the West. I personally do not support the view that jews are the puppetmasters, although I do agree there is a disproportionate amount of wealth and power amongst jews if you divide people by race.
