The right of freedom of association is implied in the first amendment. This is what made segregation legal under the constitution, hence why white people voted for it. Affirmative action, racial scholarships, university quotas and government minority business loans are examples of systemic racism against whites. Also, we live in anarchical tyranny where the laws are subjectively applied based on whether the person is white or not. A civil rights lawsuit by a white person is not likely to succeed because the court system is biased against whites Even if you record your boss telling you they are hiring someone because they are black.

Laws are also subjectively enforced upon white people. If they get into a altercation with a non-white they will get hate crime charges for defending themselves while a non-white can yell racial animus and attack a white person unprovoked and avoid hate crime charges. In my state, there is no FBI hate crime charges when they are multiple hate crimes against whites in the local newspapers every year. The system is not fair to whites and I don't see it as legitimate.

Institutions only give advantages to demographics if that demographic is heavilly underrepresented in the institution. How are you going to say they discriminate against white people when just about every other employee is white?

If you hire someone based upon race, that is racial discrimination.

Yeah, and? It was racial discrimination to only hire specific demographics in the first place. You aren't being victimized, you're deliberately rejecting context because you think they should only hire white men.

Yeah, and? It was racial discrimination to only hire specific demographics in the first place.

That is ridiculous because it depends on the selection process used to hire employees. If I had a perfect algorithm for selecting employees based upon ability and every employee selected was a white man it would not be racially biased unless I purposely tuned the algorithm to disregard a qualified non-white candidate. Also, some jobs pick employees that are "team oriented". It makes it even more likely that the unbiased algorithm would pick the white employee because racial diversity causes division in the workplace.

You aren't being victimized, you're deliberately rejecting context because you think they should only hire white men.

White people don't want to be victims, we want independence and sovereignty over our societies again. There will be some non-white employees but there will be a limited number of them and will be hired based on merit.

The alt right wants to be victims because you think it would justify your bigotry, but it wouldn't. Outside the context of your own personal land or business, you don't have a right to decide where other citizens are allowed to live or work, regardless of your sense of entitlement or the violation thereof.

The sovereign group that holds power decides rights it gives to its subjects. Whether you care if it is fair or not doesn't matter. Nobody cares if you call it a big bad word because that is not how rights work.

That's rich after all the victim cards you just tried to play. If that's your stance, what even is there to say? The alt right isn't a sovereign group and doesn't hold any power. Why should anybody else care how you feel?

You are the one appealing to victim arguments as justification for discrimination against whites. I am just recognizing the fact that the ruling class made it this way and it is useless to cry about it. The reason why alt-right ideas are spread is not to appeal to the ruling class, it is to appeal to whites that want their people to continue to exist in sovereign homelands in the next few hundred years. This is normal for every ethnic group, it only seems weird because White people are gaslight into believing they don't deserve a homeland and the right to exclude outsiders that threaten their safety and continued existence of their people, values and culture.

Ok but that's not really a thing, when you dig through the vague rhetoric all you actually want to do is enforce racial discrimination. You wouldn't help white people by persecuting the rest of society.
