I'll take a contrary position to many here. Ban it. Banning degeneracy does work. Even 'muh prohibition' caused alcohol consumption rates to dip so low that they only 'recovered' in the last decade. What about countries with low drug abuse rates? People like to claim portugal fixed it by legalizing all drugs, when in fact their drug useage rates are still shit. The countries without big drug abuse problems are Singapore and Japan, which are super harsh. I see no reason not to apply it to other aspects of life.

That is basically my position, harsh prohibitions have generally been shown to work. I think bans only fail when they're in name only and not seriously enforced, like many of the western drug use laws.

What's going on with this subs header CSS lol..

Anyways, a better solution would be to invest in educating young people about Jesus and faith, rather than banning stuff. The more you ban the more kids wanna rebel until they fully mature and have kids of their own.

Nightclubs are a symptom, not a source of the problem. Any attempt to ban them would be a counterproductive waste of time.

With a pro White culture, you will see White music and culture in clubs. With good parenting and education, we will see less promiscuity and degeneracy. We can solve all the problems that you mention without going for a proto-Sharia ban against alcohol or partying.

For me, it depends on what music is being played. Were it possible I would ban rap music. In order to do that though you know sufficient political support behind it, otherwise the Streisand Effect, Sex Pistols et al and you make it more popular.

Regarding "drunkenness, promiscuity," there has to be a balance. I think drinking in moderation is a good thing, and I personally do think stringent, no sex before marriage prudery is not a good thing either.

Back in the day I enjoyed going to alternative night clubs, specifically the Vogue and Machine Werks when I lived in Seattle. When I go to Seattle (I may never go back) I make a point to go the latter. It is indeed a very decacdent, libertine environment, but it is also an expression of a patently European counterculture. Indie, alternative, goth, industrial, all of that stuff is implicitly white. And some certain acts play footsies with European identiarianism, with some even giving a wink and a nod to the Third Reich, etc.

No, unfortunately a lot of whites listen to that shit....

Interesting, is the flirting with identarianism and NatSoc just out of contrarianism or is there genuine support?

It is hard to say. I would say there is a lot less of it than there used to be. I do think it is an example of an implicit expression of white culture. There is of course of lot of degenerate lefty garbage, including from some of my very favorite bands and artists. Eg I love the music of das Ich, but their politics are shit.

Here is a lengthy article I wrote under yet another pseduonym:

    https://radixjournal.com/2014/07/2014-7-27-the-whiteness-of-goth/

Wow, that was a pretty interesting article. I don't know a lot about goth/emo sub-culture, I think my only interaction was one short-lived penpal (who was white South African), and I'm a bit skeptical of it. But it does seem to an explicitly white thing, you'll see gothic culture have presence in Americans to Russians, but I've never seen a black goth before.

Also, even if it is libertine and I'm no supporter of it I think its libertinism is more nuanced as a reaction to aspects of society than the modern-day decadence we see, which is admirable.

I don't think you touched on it in your article, but what is goth culture derived from anyway that makes it so European? Does it have roots in other European genres or is there any foreign influence?

A few caveats. I am in my 40s, so this stuff goes back over thirty years for me. I will say a lot (perhaps even most) of the music out there in these various sub-genres are not anything I am all that fond of. But what I am fond of I really, really like. The Cure up to Disintegration, Joy Division, Bauhaus, Echo and the Bunnymen through 87, Siouxsie and the Banshees, The Sisters of Mercy form the groundwork of any footing in this genre, and these groups together are often more more or less accessible to those outside of it.

One more obscure sub genre is what is called neo-folk. Death In June is the biggie here. Douglas Pearce is a weirdo. He is gay and if he is not a Nazi he is pretty damn close; the cognitive dissonance is of course astounding but he is a good musician and his lyrics are rather poetic as well, although often very cryptic. Two albums, Rose Clouds of Holocaust and Brown Book, are restricted in Germany. I believe illegal to sell or advertise, but not illegal to own. He is big on Nazi imagery, many of his lyrics cryptically refer to a Nazi sympathizing worldview (Come Before Christ and Murder Love, Roseclouds of Holocaust, Europa: the Gates of Heaven, Runes and Men, to name a few). Someone here also referenced Boyd Rice, another weirdo who has some good stuff even so. Sol Invictus through Killing Tide is also excellent. It seems Fat Tony Wakeford has recanted some of his far right leanings (used to be in National Front, and even married a Jewess named Renee Rosen. Whether she is an ostjude or someone of 90 percent European ancestry whose lineage was assimilated to the Jewish bloodcult is unclear to me). Some of Current 93 is also WILDLY provocative (see eg Oh Coal Black Smith https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BgO3RZb4HlI; Beausoleil). Neofolk is not something I have ever heard at clubs, and most of it is not really suited to that. I have heard the Calling by Death in June which is ok I guess.

Also, being in my 40s, it is something I have long since evolved from. I at least never really grew out of it. I can go to most events dressed as I always do in my every day attire, namely black trousers, black leather dress boots or (in hot weather) black leather driving shoes, a collared dress shirt or polo shirt.

I will also say as part of my evolution, I have been drawn more to a lot of industrial and ebm scenes. Whereas the old true indie-goth-alternative-before-nirvana-ruined-it originated from Britain, industrial and ebm has a much larger German influence, although many are still from Britian. This sub genre is also much better suited to lifting weights, going to the gym. Finally, elements in this and other related sub genres (eg Martial Industrial acts like Wappenbund, der Blutharsch up to about 2003, etc) have much more of a dissident right bent.

Emo as far I am concerned is something different. I am not into that, never have been.

Noticing this in high school was one of the things that got me really thinking about race.
