I watched the video several times and the moment as the white woman is pulling the gun, the video camera is out of focus to see whether the black woman was committing assault. I do think standing in front of a car as it was pulling out, banging on it constitutes assault.

It seems this woman was arrested then released, but was forced to give up her guns. I do not agree with that:

Don't think that will be the end of it. Both were charged with felony assault, the guy lost his job for basically apologising and being polite. The prosecutor is a Democrat, she will push this all the way to court for political reasons.

I said it as soon as the other video was posted, that there was a reason she was standing there with a gun that was not being shown and of course I was branded a racist. Nobody takes a second to think logically and to ask why was standing there with a gun, it wasn’t for no reason. People’s lives are getting ruined because people are presenting screwed information to make themselves look better. It’s obvious the black women in this video are very racist and should be called out and fired from their jobs like they tried to do to this white woman and many others.

It's quite easy to get carried away when concealing a gun..That's why not everyone should carry it with them. She was not right to pull it out, was in no danger and why did the husband go into the car?

Watch the video again, pup. The camera goes off point just before she pulls out her gun. So we really do not see what blackie is doing just before and as the weapon is drawn. However, I would suggest blackie committed assault before, which in most jurisdictions is simply moving towards someone in a threatening manner. If I recall correctly it is called "menacing" in New York. This is particularly so as I believe she is pregnant. Don't forget, blackie repeatedly said she will "beat you white ass" and pounded on the car, loudly.

Exited the car with a loaded weapon. She was not threatened inside a locked car, right?! There were quite a number of scenes where rioters were trying to pull out drivers or smashing the windows with tools...this was not the case. I think this woman is a bit fucked without a really good lawyer. Hormonal females should not be handling weapons, her husband should have taken care of the situation.

Well, she ostensibly had a loaded weapon all along. She did not brandish the weapon until sometime after exiting the car and blackie carried on--critically this was off camera.

She had a right to get out of her car and tell her not to damage her property and not block her way of leaving.

Also you can't run over pedestrians in parking lots. If the "blackie" wants to stand there until the cops show, she can't be forced to move by guns or the car reversing, legally.

I get it the black female was out of line, but bringing a gun into this situation was way off..Plus the dude vanished leaving his hormonal wife to deal with it....

Isn’t standing behind someone’s car deliberately so they can’t leave a form of kidnapping (or something) which would justify the self defense?

I get that you can detain someone for example if the blacks called the police because the whites were caught doing something illegal, but that doesn’t seem to be the case here.
