Because nonwhites would be refused to buy a stake, and then we would immediately get sued.

If I sold a plot to a White person, but refused to sell to a non-white person, then yes, I would be sued and/or prosecuted under current law.

Why do you need to sell plots in the first place? If you want other people on your commune, you let them stay there. It's not like you're making a whole town just for white people.
