Aside from all the other issues, how do people who only use 'crypto' obtain food?

Ideally by living in a community with like-minded people that you can trade and barter with, such as the Free State Project in New Hampshire. There are also services that let you exchange crypto for online orders, so you could order groceries through Amazon or Walmart and pay with crypto.
