Russia simply said friendly countries can pay however they like, with their own national currencies or even Bitcoin, while unfriendly countries must pay in Rubles.

News outlets with less integrity have been rushing to use vague headlines like this, misleading people concerned Russia might use Bitcoins to avoid sanctions into reading, for shameless click-bait.

This headline doesn't seem click-baity to me, he (Pavel Zavalny) specifically mentions bitcoin.

It only seems click-baity in the context of readers wrongly assuming it was going to be about the use of Bitcoin to evade sanctions. Due to the context of current events, most non-crypto-enthusiasts reading the article probably got baited by that.

Bad idea. Accepting Bitcoin means not driving Ruble up. Never give the kikes what they want: a weak Ruble.
