The CIA loves cash, because it's fungible, and generally untraceable.
TPTB want to transition to a cashless global society. Fully traceable, which will be problematic for covert operations.
They could use gold (or other precious metals), but they'd have to trust everyone along the financial trail for this to ever work.
Anyone who accepts gold, would also need to have their own security and secure storage. People with gold in their homes don't sleep well.
Gold requires trust, and the CIA is all out of that.
Monero is fungible, untraceable crypto. A top-tier option in a cashless world.
The deep state knows the plans for the future.
If the CIA isn't already mining money, then they're fools.
There aren't many alternatives.
IMHO it's an obvious logical conclusion.
