It is an amazing phenomenon. Anyone can look at the trends of their currency or stock of choice to get some idea of trends before investing. However, the moment they invest, that time frame turns into minutes and never look beyond or before a day or so from purchase, fueling fear, doubt, uncertainty.

I caught myself doing this, so whenever I see red, I simply return a few days later. I also buy incrementally so that I always have some money on reserve and more opportunities to buy when you see red across the board.
