let's say 'if' i was smart enough to break something like that. i wouldn't do it for a govt that can detain me because i am smart enough to do something they can't. all the govt. wants is control. whatever this monero is, i'm sure it's for something to install more control over the people. without reading the article and for my whole post to sound stupid, i bet it's for cashless transactions.

It's a privacy-focused cryptocurrency. Supposed to be untraceable.
