Yeah, they're not all companies.

Looking at the list I can recognise several as not even entities.

The clinton climate initiative, the clinton development initiative, the clinton global initiative, the clinton health matter initiative ... probably every "initiative" on the list are programs of the clinton foundation: Which in turn is a nonprofit, not a company.

Non-profits are just profits concealed as earnings. It's the easiest way to launder money. But you already knew that. Didn't you?

Non-profits are just profits concealed as earnings.

We probably agree that churches should be taxed then. But some non-profits simply do charitable work. And they would be a poor choice to set up as a shell entity because of the additional scrutiny of their investments in for profit entities from the various versions of the Uniform Prudent Management of Institutional Funds Act that all the states and DC except Pennsylvania have enacted.

And certainly an initiative of a non-profit can't act as a shell, because it's not an entity. It can't own things. It's a project.
