I wonder how much of that are business owners eating up business from other companies the government destroyed (e.g. Amazon's Bezos vs brick and mortar retailers), vs inflation just making some millionaires into billionaires on paper.

Yeah I saw the title and instantly thought "inflation". Their billions aren't as powerful as their predecessors'. Of course that's still bad news for the rest of us.
