The video is just a guy with implicit assumptions who's acting bewildered without talking to anyone who might know. And he loves saying "big box store" like it's a fetish.
Has he considered interest rates' effects on building activity? Or lumber yards' need for cash in order to replenish stock rising in price? Or State governments boots on truck driver necks?
Talk to a contractor, a lumber yard owner, and a dispatcher. But that would be reportage, not speculative voyeurism which big box store characterizes our age big box store.
