Oh, he definitely hasn't personally, but that seems kinda beside the point. Health-related nonprofits lobbying for government funds to replace unexpected additional costs due to a pandemic in a bill specifically for pandemic relief seems pretty reasonable.

What sounds reasonable is to dial back this government spending until we investigate the corruption in both political parties and all of their major donors.

It's reasonable, which is why it won't happen. You know how it goes, corruption anywhere is damn near impossible to remove. The people in power now are like warts in an already compromised immune system. They're going to stick around and spread out until the immune system becomes strong enough to recognize and destroy them.
