I'm not saying any federal laws were broken, but you've got to admit the system is a disaster when states can ignore their own laws on a whim.
Pennsylvania ignored their own constitution to increase voter numbers. That's... That's fucked up. I can understand why people are mad.
And that's just one state. Several others did questionable things that brings into question wtf is the point of voting if the rules for counting it can be ignore on the state level. Then, because the sates allowed it, the federal system can't do anything? That's so bizarre.
Then there's the bit where Pence refused to count the alternate votes because...? He literally lies on tv about how he doesn't have the power to do it, when, in fact, he does. The Hawaii electoral votes in 1960 prove he has the authority to do so.
This whole election makes zero sense.
