I seems that they don't even care if all the pieces don't add up. Just spin it afterword and as long as most of the people buy it, it's fine.

I agree. If there overall public is unaware of the facts, then there's no consequences for the hoaxers. National media won't cover it.

The video shows:

  • local TV news showing how roads after being blocked for the training drill that's planned for the next day.
  • Video of notifications passed on the are for the drill.
  • Evidence of insider trading from the CEO, who is also a Sr Homeland security official. Twice. A week in advance if the drill.
  • Bewildered concert attendants discussing the machine gun sounds from the concert speakers, as they walk around in confusion.
