Why I think this website and subsaidit are a terrific thing

I heard about this place from a post on reddit

So I registered an account and will be reading/posting here regularly.

The more platforms which allow and foster discussion of taboo topics, the better.

Thanks to magnora for creating this sub.

Here's to hoping that we can encourage more people to join, and take the pressure off of r/conspiracy.

If that sub disappears, it is excellent that we have a ready-made alternative.

Welcome to saidit! And feel free to spread your wings beyond this sub, this isn't reddit anymore.

For example if you see news that is real factual news that on reddit you might post to /r/conspiracy, here feel free to post it to /s/news! Because we can actually use the main subs here for their intended purpose, unlike how broken they are on reddit.

Welcome home. Found this place after draconian reddit admins banned /r/WatchPeopleDie, and I've never gone back to reddit (except a few times).

Conspiracy has been garbage for a long time dude. Everybody used to know about double speak and psy ops, they didn't handle tencent as well and becoming the donald. Doesn't help people like me are banned.
