OP is giving you some real advice here. I won't be arrogant enough to claim absolute certainty. But it seems to me everything is indeed connected. You can't have the whole without the part. We are part of the whole, and the whole can't be without us.

Watts is the best. After Adi Da, Osho, and Yogi Bajan of course ;-) I love the recordings of him on YouTube.
