I don't think a person even needs medical training to notice. They're quite different don't you think?

Absolutely. In New York (but not limited to that state) there must be quite a few people who look like this. If anyone had access to mug shots or drivers' license photos and AI, a lookalike to Epstein could be located quite fast. Ideally, the lookalike would be in prison so no questions would be asked.

I wouldn't be surprised if they had been scouting for lookalikes for some time in readiness for this.
