Let's use their word weapons against them.

Skeptics.

It establishes the skeptic as the authority that stands against a barrage of bullshit, sifting out the corn that's often mistaken for nuggets of truth.

I like that. I'd say "skeptic" is pretty spot on and sounds more authoritative and less derisive than the CIA made-up term that's pushed by the mainstream media.
