Regardless of your feelings about Assange, it's very likely that multiple intel agencies, both national and private, were monitoring Wikileaks. If an agency saw Seth Rich's forwarded emails and didn't like it, that agency could act on it quickly and apparently did. So an FBI car was stolen by the FBI itself so no one would suspect them, right? Just speculation on who did it but remember the two heavily tattooed guys arrested in Myrtle Beach, SC the next day. Hillary and the FBI seemed pretty tight to me.
