Also, Yemen was clearly nuked, which begs the question, WHOSE nuke was it? Saudi Arabia supposedly doesn't have them, so... WHOSE?

israel, tho i bet saudi does have nukes too but they need israel's permission to use them

So you saw the video of the bomb?

[–][deleted] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

yep

Nuked?

[–][deleted] 1 insightful - 2 fun1 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 2 fun -  (7 children)

Well yeah, look: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NjAJh7oXtiY

There was a better video of that (or another similar) explosion that showed the radiation effect on the camera much better.

But yeah, nukes in Yemen of all places. I mean, those people have nothing, so let's nuke them. Because.

Thanks.
But it looks like a Fuel air bomb.
Very nasty.
Atomic bomb explodes much faster than speed of air.
Neutron bomb does not even cause explosion, just radiation.

I never said it was a neutron bomb. You clearly know very little about the topic, since you don't recognize the obvious nuclear aspect of this explosion. This is definitely not a fuel air bomb.

Also, if you think you know how all the CURRENT designs of nukes detonate and what they look like, it means you are the world's dumbest spy, you know all the deepest secrets of all the nuclear powers on Earth and you talk from the point of view of that ultra-classified knowledge.

No, you just don't know what you are talking about and are thinking about nukes from the 1950s. Take it from somebody who CAN recognize a nuclear explosion. That's a nuke. Look for other videos, there's at least one that gives a better view. Do some research, don't take my word for it.

You don't know what a nuclear explosion looks like. Nukes are a cold war scare tactic and might not be as real as you think.

[–][deleted] 1 insightful - 2 fun1 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

Yes, I do. There are unmistakable telltales of a nuke that cannot be reproduced otherwise.

But please explain your nuclear denial. I'm sure we'll have a good laugh. Let me guess, you think the Earth is flat, too?

You clearly know very little about the topic..

Personal attacks are not allowed on this forum.

Anyway. I disagree with all your points.
It was a JDAM Bomb:

LOL so you are posting a video of a jdam bomb that is utterly, completely and infinitely different from what I am talking about. That's only proof that you are posting completely unrelated things.

Well done. And it wasn't a personal attack, it was a simple statement of fact. Not everyone knows a lot about nukes, and the "info" about the 1960s style of nukes are not valid anymore. There has been huge advancement since then.

Still not a nuke? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XaolZLwrG6M

Also, it is utterly false to assert that a neutron bomb does not explode. It does, and usually has at least a 10-15kt yield, which is a pretty big boom.

The difference is that the tamper is different and neutron-transparent, and secondary fusion material, which is absent.

So it's a small nuke with lots of neutrons, but it does go BOOOOM.
