I'm surprised the ACLU is covering this like they are. I'd read someone postulating on what the deal was with Assange, and Manning; they were of the opinion that the manner in which Assange did something for Manning, that it was indeed illegal.

Aside from that, on my own level of belief, I think anyone who releases proof of crimes, in any manner, shouldn't be made an example of.
